I guess the title says it all. Since we've never really had much of a clan infrastructure to begin with, I figured this might be a good start. Also, I'd like to limit the number of subs to 15 (with 5 per region).

Of course we still don't have any real roles or responsibilities for subs, so... poopy -_-
But yeah, let me hear your thoughts on this.
why not just make it to 4 subs per each region...lol..since we dont have that much active members atm....WHICH MEANS..we should start recruiting...like each of the sub should recruit at least 1 pandibaby..XP...

so this way i think its make the pandibaby more interested in the clan and feels like "home"
