So here's the lowdown on how to get these mofos...

 

First, talk to this mofo in the TMG Building to get the TMG Blueprint Quest.

Second, talk to this mofo standing in Nakano outside the Babel entrance for the Shouldering Burden Quest.

Third, you'll wanna talk to this dirty sumbitch in Souhonzan to advance the Shouldering Burden Quest.

Fourth, talk to the mofo standing in front of the B108 boss room to get the Recipe for Passion quest.

Next, collect Secret Nectars from the assassins in the B108 boss room.

 

Once you have 10, you can turn in the Recipe for Passion quest and get a Passion Stone.

The Passion Stone is turned into the mofo in Souhonzan to advance the Shouldering Burden Quest.  You'll receive a TMG Blueprint when you turn the quest in to the mofo in nakano.

Finally, the Blueprint is turned in to the mofo in the TMG Building for the Asada Archive x5! o.o!
